Friday Fairytale

Complete this quick fairytale workout to go in to your weekend feeling like a real princess.

All you need to a little space and your imagination to really become your character and get everything from this beautiful fat burning, strength building, tonalishious story.

Get a little hot and sweaty as Aladdin:

  • Magic carpet ride – 300 meter power walk / jog / run
  • Fighting – shadow punches x 100

Build some strength as Cinderella:

  • Clean the floor – walk out push-up* x 10
  • Dancing at the ball – plie squats x 20

Tone it up as The Little Mermaid:

  • Swimming – sea turtles x 20
  • Learning to walk – walking lunges x 10 e/s

Repeat 3 times!

Fairytale finisher:

  • 5 burpess/modified burpees
  • 10 side plank dips R
  • 20 butt kickers
  • 10 side plank dips R
  • 5 burpess/modified burpees

Remember it’s important you now cool down so that you aren’t too sore to pick up those little bods later. Take a stroll and compete some gentle stretching movements.
