3 is the magic number

This simple but effective workout takes minimal brain work and max body work. Building strength and creating definition to keep you feeling and looking strong and sexy.

As always, make sure you do a quick warm up; try a 5-minute jog, dance around your lounge room, or complete a practice round of the exercises below.

The only equipment you need for this workout is a watch and a couple of water bottles. Time yourself on each move for 45 seconds, allow yourself 15 seconds to transition between each exercise. Rest for a full minute between each set and then repeat, 3 times!

 SET 1 x 3 rounds

  1. 1-leg hip Raise (left)
  2. Alternating Lunges
  3. 1-leg hip Raise (right)

SET 2 x 3 rounds

  1. Pushup to downward dog
  2. Standing reverse flies with your water bottles
  3. Bicep curls with your water bottles

SET 3 x 3 rounds

  • Bird dog (opposite arm leg)
  • Leg lowers
  • Squat press with your water bottles

Remember it’s important you now cool down so take a stroll and compete some gentle stretching movements.
