3 is the magic number

This simple but effective workout takes minimal brain work (music to a mummys ears, right??) and max body work. Building strength and creating definition to keep you feeling and looking like the strong, sexy mumma you are.

As always, make sure you do a quick warm up; try a 5-minute jog, dance around your lounge room, or complete a practice round of the exercises below.

The only equipment you need for this workout is a watch and a couple of water bottles. Time yourself on each move for 45 seconds, allow yourself 15 seconds to transition / rest between each exercise. Rest for a full minute between each set and then repeat, 3 times!

 SET 1 x 3 rounds

  1. 1-leg hip Raise (left)
  2. Curtsey lunges
  3. Hip Raise (right)

SET 2 x 3 rounds

  1. Pushup to downward dog
  2. Standing flies
  3. C-rotations

SET 3 x 3 rounds

  • Supergirl opposite arm leg*
  • Leg lowers*
  • Squat press

Remember it’s important you now cool down so that you aren’t too sore to pick up those little bods later. Take a stroll and compete some gentle stretching movements.
