Easy proteini salad

This salad is perfect for those days you are just too busy to think about what you are going to use to shhh that rumbling tummy. Avoid the temptation to grab processed, expensive convenience foods and whip up our salad instead.

Ingredients:

  • 100g cooked chicken (No added hormones, free range)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1-cup fresh shelled peas
  • ¼ green capsicum, sliced
  • sesame seeds
  • coconut oil
  • Juice of ½ lime

Method:

  • Throw all of the ingredients apart from the lime juice, coconut oil and sesame seeds in to a bowl and combine well.
  • In a small bowl, mix well the lime juice, coconut oil and sesame seeds, drizzle this over the salad and enjoy!
