Tricks in aromatherapy

Worry and stress

Add a drop of each to a tissue and inhale when you feel you need to.
Brain fog
  • Peppermint

Burn a few drops in an oil burner in the room you are in.

  • Promotes blood circulation.

Use 30ml of base oil (check out what we recommend here) to 5-6 drops of each essential oil and use as your post shower moisturiser.
Insomnia

Add a drop to a cottonwool ball and place next to the pillow at bedtime.

Sex drive

  • Jasmine
