Our aim is to make these sessions fit with your lifestyle – we train in your own home, outdoors with the stunning back drops of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs as your training ground, or we deliver workouts straight to your inbox with our online coaching services. Nadine specialises in pre and post natal exercise and bubs are welcome to accompany sessions when held at your home.
